OVERVIEW
We need to connect with children relationally so we can join God in his work of building believers. This training theme is designed to help children’s small group leaders bond with their group, establish guidelines, and get every child to participate. When a leader knows how to adjust the climate in these areas, small group dynamics can produce life change in children.
This tool is adapted from "10 Skills to Lead a Great Small Group in Grades K–5," a Promiseland Conference workshop by Susan Shadid. Promiseland is a ministry of the Willow Creek Association.
